The new PST Line C is an advanced compact in-line system for applying a stable, high-quality varnish and metal coating to different substrate materials. Despite the small size, it can automatically process up to 7800 pieces per hour, while guaranteeing the highest standard of quality of finish set by the packaging manufacturers.

The PST Line C is a compact machine where objects move through a chain transport reaching all the different stations: from manual loading & offloading, cleaning & pretreatment, primer coating, UV base coating, metallization to UV top coating.

Up to 7800 pieces can be processed per hour. Up to 13 parts are arranged on a single tray. PST Line C grants the same concept as the PST Line II with lower overall investment. New formats are quick and easy to set-up. Different configurations can be stored in the system for instant recall and fast changeover, enabling short production runs for greater flexibility.
